Red Bridge Golf Club

Launching for the first time in 2020, the 1775 Cup is a Ryder Cup styled event in the Charlotte, NC area. Named in honor of the Revolutionary Spirit alive in the City of Charlotte in the year of 1775.

The inaugural event will be held at Red Bridge Golf Club and will span 3 rounds over 2 days. The rounds will consist of 4-Ball, Modified/Pinehurst Alternate Shot, and Singles Competitions. Teams are comprised of the first 30 registrations and were drafted by the Captains. All rounds are handicapped and scored via match play and each match is worth 1 point. The first team to reach a total of 12.5 points wins. In the event of a 12-12 tie, there will be an on-course playoff featuring the captains. The first team to take a lead wins.
